Nutrition Assessment and Coaching
The Initial Nutrition Assessment and Plan involves two, 1 hour appointments.
The clients medical, nutrition, and weight history will be reviewed, body composition. Nutrition education with individualized educational materials will be provided. Goals will be set and a customized eating program will be provided to each person.
Depending on your needs, I also offer a computer generated Dietary and Fitness Analysis and a Family Pack to include your whole family!
Follow-up Nutrition Coaching
Follow-up coaching involves one-on-one sessions to reinforce changes while keeping you on track! I strive to accomodate your schedule, and offer email coaching, and phone coaching.
