I leave 4-6 hrs between meals on most days & 13-14 hrs from my last meal to breakfast, sometimes longer.⁣ ⁣ BRUNCH⁣ ✓ Bio-Berberine Advanced® supplement (before meal)⁣ ⁣ Papaya & activated almonds with collagen powder, chia, pumpkin & flaxseeds. Always a bite of my daughters pumpkin pancakes 😊⁣ ⁣ OR⁣ ⁣ Large green salad with organic rocket, basil, coriander, parsley, baby leaves from @sanscommunity. Lots of greens! I add avocado, lemon juice, cooked asparagus, broccoli, sweet potato, cooked spinach & organic mushrooms. 1 or 2 times a week I will include an organic pasture raised egg or wild, not farmed, fish. I only eat animal products sourced from an ethical supplier like @farmerangusspier and @sanscommunity. I add two sheets of Nori (seaweed) – wrap, chopped or just eat the sheets.⁣ ⁣ I always have my homemade dark chocolate. It’s the best pick me up & loaded with antioxidants & polyphenols. +85% dark chocolate is amazing! ⁣ ⁣ Supplements:⁣ ✓ Biomax PQQ® ⁣ ✓ Biomax® Activated VIT B.CO Liposomal® ⁣ ✓ Better You Dlux Spray ⁣ ✓ Better You B12 Boost⁣ ✓ Ashwagandha KSM-66⁣ ⁣ AFTERNOON⁣ Green tea. Sometimes coconut yoghurt, frozen blueberries, raspberries, pumpkin seeds with @wazoogles Vanilla Sky sprinkled over with more collagen. A big mush of awesome! ⁣ ⁣ EVENING⁣ Last meal, always cooked vegetables. I love red cabbage, butternut, sweet potato, cauliflower cooked in a wok with tons of herbs & chilli, simply on a bed of rocket with more avocado! Rooibos tea & maybe more dark chocolate. ⁣ ⁣ Supplements: ⁣ ✓ Biomax Magnesium for best sleep⁣ ✓ Biomax Vitamin C Liposomal®⁣ ✓ Bio-Curcumin BCM-95®⁣ ✓ A few dandelion drops
