This passionate topic of mine was explored in my solo IGTV.
As we are bio-individual beings in all things health-related, we therefore require different approaches to nutrition, fitness and even fasting.
Women respond very differently to fasting, their response also varies throughout the month. For some females it works, for others not. It’s a valuable topic worth exploring as fasting continues as a health trend in 2021.
